摘　　要： 报道了对家蚕的生理活性物质1-脱氧野尻霉素的分析研究。将家蚕幼虫粉碎并经处理后,用离子色谱法分离出4个生物碱组分,其中1-脱氧野尻霉素的含量0.1890%。超声波法提取1-脱野尻霉素的得率比一般水提法高7倍。 Deoxynojirimycin, the physiological active constituents of silkworm (Bombyx mori. L.), was first analyzed domesticall by ion chromatography . By smashing the larva of silkworm , distilling the active constituents by ultrasonic method and injectingit to ion chromatography, four aldaloids were isolated. The relative content of 1- deoxynojirimycin was 0.1890% with areanormalization method . The extraction rate of ultrasonic method was seven times higher than that of the distillation with water.
