摘 要: Mn^(2+)氧化细菌的微生物学研究是与除锰工艺直接相关的一个领域。已经发现许多细菌具有锰氧化能力。目前的研究工作基本局限在细菌形态观察和细胞悬液、细胞破碎液的活力动力学测量。因此研究了分离得到的Mn^(2+)氧化细菌,包括其形态、生理研究。同时对其氧化活性进行了测量。可以确认,滤池中存在着大量的Mn^(2+)氧化细菌,细菌参与了除锰。 The microbiological research on Mn^(2+)-oxidizing bacteria is one of the areas closely related to the research of Mn removal. Many kinds of bacteria have been found to have the ability of oxidation of Mn^(2+). So far most of the research has been limited to the observation of bacterial morphology and investigation of the catalyzing kinetics of cell or cell-free suspensions. Now, strains of Mn^(2+)-oxidizing bacteria are isolated from the filter sands. The morphology and physiology of these bacteria are studied. The ability of the oxidation of Mn^(2+)-oxidizing bacteria has been determined. It is no doubt that the Mn^(2+)-oxidizing bacteria exist in the filters and take part in the Mn removal.
