摘　　要： 介绍了在ABS塑料磨头上电镀Ni-SiC复合镀层的新工艺。拓展了ABS塑料的应用范围 ,将塑料的质轻、易加工和SiC微粒的高硬度、强磨削力结合起来 ,获得的复合镀层结合力好 ,硬度高 ,耐磨性强。并已成功应用到生产中 ,创造了良好的经济效益。 Ni SiC composite plating technology on ABS plastic grinding head was introduced. The technology extends the application area of ABS plastics that lightweight and easy machinability of plastics are combined with high hardness and abrasion resistance of SiC particles. The composite plating has good adhesion, high hardness and outstanding wear resistance. The process has been put into production and achieved good economic benefits.
