摘　　要： 利用实物期权理论和概率分析决策方法 ,确立了专利权的价值评估模型 ;研究了无约束条件下专利权的技术入股比例模型 。 With the help of the real option theory and the decision-making method of probability analysis,the authors establish the evaluation model of the patent right,explore the model of the weight of the portion of the patent technology share without any preconditions,and give the rational weight of the patent technology share with limited investment loss probability.
