摘 要: 以肉桂酸钠和氯化苄为原料 ,十六烷基三甲基氯化铵作催化剂 ,采用微波辐射技术 ,在常压下直接合成肉桂酸苄酯。最适宜的反应条件为 :肉桂酸钠 5 0mmol,n(肉桂酸钠 )∶n(氯化苄 ) =1.0∶1.2 ,催化剂 1.0g ,微波功率 30 0W ,辐射时间 2 5min ,产率在 84 With sodium cinnamate and benzyl chloride as raw materials, hexadecy trimethylammonium chloride as a catalyst, benzyl cinnamate was synthesized directly under normal pressure and microwave irradiation. The effects of amount of catalyst, power and time of microwave irradiation on yield were studied. The most suitable reaction conditions were that with 50mmol sodium cinnamate, the mole ratio of sodium cinnamate and benzyl chloride was 1.0 ∶1.2, the amount of hexadecy trimethylammonium chloride was 1.0g and the microwave irradiation time 25min with the power of 300W. The yield of benzyl cinnamate was over 84%.
