摘 要: 用传统沉淀法以超声波振荡方式制备出粒径约为 32 .0nm的六方晶型ZnO超细粉。其结构经IR和X 射线衍射表征 ,并测定了其粒径、比表面积和电学性质。 The ultrafine powder of hexagonal-crystallites ZnO in 32.0nm has prepared by the method of direct precipitation under ultrasonic surge. The powder and their procursors were characterized by IR and XRD. The size, the specific-surface area and the electrical properties of the powder were determined.
