摘　　要： 为增强《法律基础》课教学的针对性和实效性 ,以适应改革开放、经济发展和依法治国的新要求 ,达到培养学生知法、守法、用法的目的 ,高校《法律基础》课还需要在教学目标、教学内容、教学方法。 In order to increase the relevance and the actual effect of the Basics of Law to adapt to the new needs of reform and opening,economical development and administering a country according to the law and in order to get to the goal of cultivating the students that should know,obey and use the law,the Basics of law should be reformed deeply in teaching object,content,method and examining mode.
