昆明小白谷耐冷性近等基因系耐冷性状的相关性及遗传研究

摘  要: 用孕穗期耐冷性极强的昆明小白谷作供体亲本,十和田作轮回亲本配制的孕穗期耐冷性近等基因系(NIL),同时在两种冷害条件下对其耐冷性状进行相关及遗传分析,结果表明:(1)昆明冷害条件下,研究了13个性状,78对性状间的相关性,在群体1中,有51对性状达极显著相关,在群体2中,有47对性状达极显著相关,尤其是主穗结实率与花药长、花药宽、花药体积、实粒数、秕粒数之间达极显著相关;极端冷害的阿子营条件下,研究了13个性状,79对性状间的相关性,其中31对性状达极显著相关,尤其是主穗结实率与花药长、花药宽、花药体积、实粒数、秕粒数之间达极显著相关,揭示了结实率、花药长、花药宽、实粒数、秕粒数可作为耐冷性的评价指标,在培育NIL初期可把穗颈长作为耐冷性间接指标。(2)昆明小白谷孕穗期耐冷性NIL的耐冷基因属于主效基因;花药长可能是受微效多基因控制。 (3)主穗结实率可直接作为孕穗耐冷性的评价指标,花药长、花药体积可间接作为孕穗期耐冷性指标。 Correlation and genetic analysis on traits related cold tolerance under two cold damage circumstances is carried out using NIL (Near-isogenic line) materials.The results are as follows: (1) under Kunming cold damage,seventy traits and correlation of 119 pairs are studied,forty-seven pairs of traits are significant at the 0.01 level, correlation coefficient between major ear seed setting rate and anther length, full grains is very significant at the 0.01 level especiauy, correlation coefficient are0.543, 0.726 respectively. (2) under extremely cold damage circumstance (Aziying) , thirteen traits and correlation of 79 pairs are studied,thirty-one pairs of traits is significant at the 0.01 level especially, correlation coefficient between major ear seed setting rate and anther length, full grains is very significant at the 0.01 level especially, correlation coefficients are 0.413, 0.918 respectively. (3) The gene of cold tolerance was likely controlled by major gene at booting stage of NIL of Kunmingxiaobaigu,anther length is likely controlled by the direct index of cold tolerance minor genes. (4) The major ear seed setting rate as the direct idex of cold tolerance is reliable, anthes length and anther volume can be as the indirect index of cold tolerance.
