摘 要: 运用三因素三水平正交试验法研究了 4 -邻羟基苯基 - 3-丁烯 - 2 -酮的制取实验 通过对两个实验指标的分析和讨论 ,确定了制取目的产物的最佳条件为 :温度 ,18℃ ;搅拌时间 ,18h ;酸度 ,15 %NaOH溶液 Researching the synthesis experiment of 4-(o-hydroxyphenyl)-3-butene-2-ketone by three factors and three levels of orthorhombic method, analysizing and discussing two test targets, the author eventually determines the optimum condition of making aim product, which is the temperature, 18℃; agitation time, 18 hours; acidity, the volume of fifteen percent of sodium hydroxide, 110 milliliters.
