摘　　要： 以社会福利函数的个人偏好一致倾向某一状态集合时,社会偏好应倾向该状态的分析为线索。说明福利经济学在研究这一问题时,将出现阿罗不可能定理之困境。为了克服这一困境,论文给出了限定定义域等多种解决思路。 This essay argues that in the welfare function, when all the individual preference tends to fall in a certain state set, social preference should also fall in this state, which would result in the situation of Arrows Impossibility Theorem. To solve this problem, this article has provided several solutions like defined definition field etc.
