摘 要: 问卷调查是在一定的“语境”中展开的,语言预设的非充分满足性、语境的压迫性、语境的熟悉性都有可能对调查产生双向的影响。要想使调查获得好的结果,问卷设计就必须考虑语用学的效果原则和效率原则,就要使访问员具备对语境的理解能力和良好的职业道德。 Questionnaire is a course of interaction between the visitor and the visited in a specific occasion. The factors, such as the characteristics of space, time and of both sides of interaction, and features of language expressions, consist of specific context. The inadequateness of presupposition in language communication, the pressure of context and familiarity of context will influence the visitor and the visited, thus affecting the quality of questionnaire.
