摘　　要： 该文将近年来有关家族企业的定义进行了归类与梳理,对其中重要观点进行了集中评述,并综合各方面的见解提出了基于产权条件、家族条件、管理岗位条件和控制权条件的家族企业定义。此外,还基于该文的定义对家族企业进行了形态分类,确定了家庭式企业、纯家族企业、准家族企业、混合式家族企业几种形态。 This paper classifies the definitions of family enterprise presented by researchers in recent years, and reviews some important opinions. Based on property rights, family-owned, management position and control rights, it puts forward a new definition of family enterprise. Furthermore, according to the definition it divides all family enterprises into four models: single-family enterprise, pure-family enterprise, quasi-family enterprise and mixed-family enterprise.
