摘 要: 在Gleeble1 5 0 0热模拟试验机上进行了单道次压缩试验。通过改变变形速率和变形量以及变形后立即淬火的方法 ,研究了含铌微合金钢形变诱导相变上限温度Ad3的影响因素。研究表明 ,Ad3随变形量增大而升高 ,且变形量较大时趋于不变 ;Ad3随变形速率降低而升高 。 Influencing factors of the upper limit temperature of strain induced transformation A d3 in microalloyed steels were investigated by a single-pass compression test with thermal simulator Gleeble 1500.Specimens were deformed with different strains and strain rates and quenched immediately after deformation.The results indicate that A d3 rises with increasing strain or decreasing strain rate.
