摘 要: 使用飞秒激光或X射线辐照和热处理相结合 ,在掺杂金离子的玻璃中成功诱导出金纳米颗粒。样品经飞秒激光或X射线辐照后产生暗化 ,高温热处理后显示不同深浅的红色。通过吸收光谱和透射电镜测试研究了激光和X射线辐照对诱导金纳米颗粒析出的影响。实验结果表明 :飞秒激光或X射线辐照可以使玻璃内部金纳米颗粒析出的热处理温度降低 3 0℃和减小显色尺寸近 10nm。通过激光和X射线辐照 ,结合热处理可以在一块玻璃样品上实现多色显示。 Gold nanoparticles were precipitated in silicate glasses containing gold ions by irradiation of a femtosecond laser or X-ray and successive annealing. The transparent and colorless glass became gray after irradiation by laser or X-ray. Absorption spectra and transmission electron microscope (TEM) show that, after the femtosecond laser or X-ray irradiation, the temperature of heat treatment for the precipitation of gold nanoparticles can be reduced 30 ℃, and the size of gold nanoparticles is changed from 15 nm to 6 nm or 4 nm. The formation of multicolor image inside the glass sample is demonstrated.
