摘　　要： 微生物絮凝剂是具有广阔应用前景的一种天然高分子絮凝剂,本文对微生物絮凝剂在甘蔗糖业中的应用进行了初步的研究,将其对亚硫酸法糖厂的混合汁进行澄清絮凝试验。实验结果表明:微生物絮凝剂可有效提高混合汁的沉降速度,压缩滤泥体积并有脱色效果。 Microbial flocculants are a kind of natural macro-molecule and will be broadly used in the future. The paper preliminarily studies the application of microbial flocculants in sugar industry and settle the mixed juice of sulfitation process mill by microbial flocculants. The experiments show the microbial flocculants can successfully improve the sedimentation speed of the mixed juice, encapsulate the sediment bulk and have discoloration effect.
