摘　　要： 本文从现代企业对人力资源的需求和要求入手 ,研究了企业人力资源质量控制与优化的理论和模型 。 Beginning with modem enterprises' needs and requirements for men resources, this paper makes a study of the theory and model of man resources for quality control and perfection. It mainly probes efficient methods and approaches of the development in man resources in enterprises.
