摘 要: 以实验室的米曲霉A.oryzae-Ⅰ_6为出发菌株,通过紫外线、高温、亚硝酸单独或复合处理,从800多株突变株中选出了一株蛋白酶活力提高的菌株A.oryzae-V_5,其生长速度更快,产蛋白酶活力比原始菌株提高了33.12%。 Started by the parent strair of Aspergillus oryzae-I_5, Aspergillus oryzae-V_5 was obtained from more than 800 mutants by UV-ray,high temperature and nitrous acid mutating singly or alternatively. This strain grew more fast and produced proteinase ability to increase 33. 12% than the parent strain.
