摘 要: 萘乙酸 ( NAA)在 0 .0 0 0 1~ 0 .0 1mg/ L 范围内可促进水稻根的生长和有利于不定根的发育 ,超过 10 mg/ L则明显抑制根的生长 ;在 0 .0 0 0 1~ 10 mg/ L 范围内对水稻芽的生长影响较小 ,当≥ 10 0 m g/ L 时则明显抑制芽的生长 ,表明芽对 NAA相对不敏感。 The tail demonstrated that naphthalene acetate (NAA), in range of 0.0001~0.01mg/L, could accelerate the growth and development of root in rice. But the growth would be inhibited obviously when the content exceeded 10mg/L. Comparing with the root, the growth of the bud was insensitive to NAA as it wasn't inhibited significantly until the content had exceeded 100mg/L, but in the range of 0.0001~10mg/L, the effect was quit weak.
