摘　　要： 当位于“来”之后表达时段概念的名词短语的句法位置发生变化后,方位词“来”的语义和语法 功能也相应地发生了变化,于是逐渐向事态助词演变。事态助词“来”在南北朝时期、最晚到隋代已经正式确立。唐代以后,动态助词“来”也开始大量出现,在某些语境中它也可以转化为事态助词“来”,这加速了事态助词“来”的语法化进程。 In this paper, we think the functional word lai that indicates events emerged during Nan-Bei Dynasty, and it became fixed during Sui Dynasty in Chinese. We consider that the functional word lai that indicates events originated from the noun of locality lai which indicated time抯 duration, and the noun of locality lai was used originally in the construction 揤(+NP)+lai?in Archaic Chinese. Owing to the syntactic position change of noun phrases which indicated time, the noun of locality lai evolved semantic and grammatical changes. In this paper, we agree that the functional word that indicates perfect lai exerted influence on the functional word that indicates events lai during the process of the grammaticlization, but the former was not the latter抯 direct origin. Additionally, some other concerning questions was discussed.
