摘 要: 介绍了超磁致伸缩驱动器结构及其内部磁路的设计方法 ,对采用国产材料研制的驱动器的位移及力的输出特性进行了测试。实验结果表明 ,该驱动器具有理想的动态和静态输出精度和输出范围 ,可以用于精密设备的低频主动隔振平台中。 A giant magnetostrictive actuator has a wider bandwidth and rapider response than other actuators,so it has been widely employed as ultrasonic transducers,sonar projectors and actuators for vibration control in industrial machinery. The structure of a giant magnetostrictive actuator and the design of its magnetic circuit were investigated in this paper,and the actuator was developed using homemade magnetostrictive material after the design. The output characteristics of the acturator,in transient and stable states were measured. The displacement output and force output could reach 50 μm and 600 N when the input current was 4A. Based on the test,it can be concluded that the actuator had perfect output capabilities of displacement and force,and could be used in a low-frequency vibration control system of precise equipment.
