摘 要: 针对帕歇尔槽结构复杂且成本较高的问题,设计制做了一种结构简单、成本低廉的改进型帕歇尔水槽.作者将其结构复杂的槽底改为平槽底,并将过渡角简化,从水力学的角度论证了其流量测量的原理,并说明了其结合超声波液位传感器测量明渠流量的方法.通过实验建立了其三阶多项式形式的流量计算数学模型,并给出了误差分析,经实验验证,其流量测量精度优于±2.5% An improved Parshall flume,which possesses the feature of lower cost and simple structure, is introduced.The bottom of Parshall flume is changed to be an even one and the transition angles is simplified. The principle of flow measurement is demonstrated based on hydraulics.At the same time the open-channel flow measurement method by means of the ultrasonic liquid level transducer is explained.The flow calculation mathematic model of three-rank polynomial is reconstructed and its error and analysis is given.Experiments show that the flow measuring accuracy is better than ±2.5%
