摘 要: 经过赫尔槽试验对添加剂各组份的筛选,酮作主光亮剂、含氮有机酸R作辅助光亮剂,添加剂的镀液的部份电化学性能和整平能力、了测试,并与商品添加剂进行比较.选择OP-20作载体光亮剂、苄叉丙配制了DH-I添加剂. With the components being optimized through Hull Cell study, an additive, DH-I, was developed containing surfactant OP-20 as carrier, benzalacetone as primary, and nitrogencontaining organic acid R as complementary brightener. Comparison was made between DH-I and a commercial additive of the same type by investigation on the electro-chemical behaviour and properties of their plating solutions including their levelling power, throwing power and covering power etc.
