摘 要: 染色体的某个位点上存在单个碱基的变化 ,称为单核苷酸多态性 ,即SNP。SNP是继限制性片段长度多态性和微卫星多态性以后 ,近年来出现的第三代遗传标记 ,广泛用于基因定位、克隆和遗传多样性研究。本文综合介绍了单核苷酸多态性的遗传特性、功能。 It is called single nucleotide polymorphism, where there is a change of a single base in some site of chrosome. That is to say SNP. It has been the third genetic marker after restriction fragment length polymorphism and microsatellite polymorphism. It has been widely used for the study of gene mapping, cloning and genetic polymorphism. This article wholely introduced the genetic speciality, poles, implication of being studied and the use in the field of husbandry of SNP.
