摘 要: 对中国栗属特有种板栗(CastaneamollissimaBl.)、茅栗(C.seguiniiDode.)、锥栗(C.henryiRehd.&Wils.)10个样品进行了RAPD分析,24个引物共获得158条谱带,其中102条为多态性谱态。利用UPGMA法构建遗传关系聚类图,以相似性系数0.62为阈值,板栗与茅栗为一个聚类组,锥栗为另一个聚类组,表明板栗与茅栗的亲缘关系较近,两者与锥栗的亲缘关系相对较远。 RAPD analysis of 10 samples of three Chinese endemic Castanea species, Castanea mollissima Bl., C. sequinii Dode. and C. henryi (Skan) Rehd. et Wils. was carried out by using 38 arbitrary 10 bp primers. Totally 158 bands were obtained, of which 102 bands were polymorphic. The genetic tree was constructed according to the method of UPGMA. C. mollissima and C. sequinii belonged to one cluster group while C. henryi belonged to another group at the similarity of 0.62 in the tree; it indicated that the genetic relationship between C. mollissima and C. sequinii was close whereas the relationship of these two species were distant to another species, C. henryi.
