摘　　要： 学风建设是各类学校学生管理的常规工作,在高职院校学风建设中,教师应充分发挥思想教育、为人师表、学习方法指导、学习成绩评价等作用,教学管理部门制定科学的教学计划、教学大纲、制度约束、政策导向等,营造浓厚的学习氛围. The construction of style of study is the routine of administration activities in all kinds of colleges and universities, especially for polytechnic college. In the process of setting up the style of study, teachers should pay much attention to ideological education, study approaches and score assessment. The teaching administration department should establish scientific teaching plan, syllabus, and policies to make a good study environment.
