摘 要: 采用乳液聚合法,以阴离子乳化剂DF-2和非离子乳化剂OP-10作为复合乳化剂、以K2S2O8作为引发剂,在75±5℃合成了有机硅改性丙烯酸酯聚合物微乳液。实验研究了加料方式、配方组成及操作方式对聚合稳定性、乳液性能的影响。研究结果表明,硅氧烷种类、用量以及加入工艺的不同,对乳液和乳胶膜的性能影响不同,其中含异丙氧基的硅氧烷单体C-1706、C-1757对乳液性能及涂膜性能的改善最为显著。 With anionic emulsifier DF-2 and nonionic emulsifier OP-10 as compounded emulsifier, potassium persulfate(K2S2O8) as initiator, polysiloxane-modified polyacrylate copolymer microemulsion was synthesized by emulsion polymer-ization at reaction temperature of 75±5℃. Effects of feeding, formulation and operation on polymerization stability andproperties of emulsion were studied. The results showed that types, content and loading of polysiloxane had different effectsamong which the modification effects of C-1706 and C-1757 containing isopropoxide on improvement of emulsion perfor-mance and film performance were most obvious.
