摘　　要： 分析了网络环境对图书馆服务的创新作用 ,提出了高校图书馆的信息服务要观念创新、服务方式创新、服务内容创新、技术创新和人力资源管理创新。 Based on an analysis of innovation to library services in the network environment, the assumption is made that university libraries should be equipped with innovative concepts and take innovative initiatives in areas like service mode, content of service, technology and human resource management.
