摘 要: 改进加工流程及升降速控制可以缩短砂轮进退时间,改善快速性。降速停止过程中,驱动速率低于启动频率后,利用在某相定位位置使电机停转来提高定位精度,再加上CCD复位检测,利用计数器对粗磨总量、精磨总量返回位置的确认等措施可以有效地缓解此矛盾。在改造后的NEWCAM凸轮磨中得到实现。 The speed conflicts with the accuracy in cam grinder. A good grind flow and a precision control in speed-up & speed-down can decrease the time when the wheel advances and retreats. The conflict can be abated effctively by taking the following measures. The pulse motor can stop the given position of a phase after its driven frequence is lower than its start frequence in the process of speed-down. The CCD checks up the reset position. The counter confirms the rough/finish total position when the wheel retreasts. These methods have been adopted in the reformed NEWCAM cam grinder.
