摘　　要： 就我国基础教育课程改革体育与健康课程的构建问题,提出了基础教育课程改革与高等教育课程改革的程序问题,指出了我国高等教育课程改革的滞后现象。 This thesis discusses the construction of physical culture and health curriculum among the reform of basic education curriculum of this country and proposes the issue of reform proadures with respect to basic education curriculum and higher education curriculum. After fully analyse the concept of health, health education,school health education, and school physical education in the area of physical culture and healthy curriculum,this thesis points out the detention lf higher education curriculum reform in this country.
