摘　　要： 探讨了高校教学质量评估的必要性和可行性,分析了教学评估的内容设置以及评估系统的开发策略,提出了基于J2EE规范的网上教学评估系统的总体结构。最后,使用Jbuilder7+Weblogic7集成开发环境设计开发了这一系统。 On the basis of discussing the necessity and possibility of the online teaching evaluation on quality for high-education,the content of the evaluation and the development technology of the system are analyzed,and the frame of the J2EE-based online teaching evaluation system is proposed.Finally,the design and implementation of the system using Jbuilder7plus BEA Weblogic7integrated development environment is presented.
