摘　　要： 本文细致剖析了计算机信息网络环境给图书馆信息资源结构、信息获取方式、信息资源保障模式等方面带来的深刻影响 。 This article analyses several aspects of the influences that computer network environment brings to the library,such as the structure of the information resource,the way of information access and the model of information resource,the way of information access and the model of information resource insurance.In order to confront these influences,it also brings the development tactics of library information resource construction.
