摘 要: 采用外来种子乳液聚合方法,用反应单体对外来种子聚四氟乙烯乳液进行浸泡、溶胀,然后引发聚合反应制得聚四氟乙烯改性的聚丙烯酸酯乳液。傅立叶变换红外光谱、透射电镜等对改性乳液的表征显示聚四氟乙烯和聚丙烯酸酯间存在作用,研究了乳胶粒的微观结构,推测出乳胶粒核壳部分的组成成分,分析了改性复合粒子的形成机理,指出进一步控制乳胶粒生成种类的单一性或者将微米级颗粒(改性聚四氟乙烯乳胶粒)与纳米级颗粒(纯丙乳胶粒)优化共存于同一体系可作为下一步研究的方向。该研究为化学惰性物质用于改性研究提供了一条新思路。 The structured polymer latex particles containing poly-tetrafluoroethylene and poly-arylate in one and the same particle were prepared by a swelling emulsion polymerization process, in which the initial poly-tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) particles were first swollen by several acrylates and the polymerization of the latter was then carried out. FTIR and TEM analyses showed the interaction existed between PTFE chains and poly-arylate chains. Micro-structures of latexes were studied and components of the core and the shell were discussed, then the forming mechanism was analyzed. It was pointed out that trying to prepare single sort of latex or to mix large and small latex particles rightly in the system should be made the next step of research. This study may throw some lights on the inertia polymers used in property modification.
