摘　　要： 我国工会企事业单位产权制度改革滞后于我国市场经济发展的步伐 ,因此 ,应在实现观念创新与理论突破的基础上 ,以建立比较规范和清晰的产权制度为突破口 ,加速推进企事业单位的制度创新的步伐 ,推动工会各项事业的全面发展。 The establishment of property right system in the enterprises of Trade Union fails to keep up the pace of the development of market economy in China. So we should realize the notion innovation and theory breakthrough, push the step of system innovation for the enterprises and promote the general development of all kinds of enterprises of Trade Union at the basis of establishing a normative and clear property right system.
