摘 要: 合成了3种邻菲咯啉(Phen) 氨基酸铜(Ⅱ)的配合物:[Cu(Phen)(L val)]·ClO4·H2O、[Cu(Phen)(L ala)]·ClO4·0 5H2O和[Cu(Phen)(L arg)]·2ClO4·0 5H2O(L val:缬氨酸;L ala:丙氨酸:L arg:精氨酸).用元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱和电子吸收光谱等手段对配合物进行了表征,结果表明:邻菲咯啉作为双齿配体参与配位,3种氨基酸皆以α-氨基N和羧基O与中心Cu2+配位. Three new ternary mixed-ligand complexes of copper(Ⅱ) with 1,10-phenanthroline and L-α-amino acid (L-valine, L-alaine and L-arginine) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, infrared spectra, UV-Vis absorption spectra. The compositions of the complexes were confirmed respectively to be: [Cu(Phen)(L-val)]·ClO_4·H_2O, [Cu(Phen)(L-ala)]·ClO_4·0.5H_2O and [Cu(Phen)(L-arg)]·2ClO_4·0.5H_2O, in which the Phen was bound to copper(Ⅱ) by N, N atoms and L-amino acid, as a bidentate ligand, coordinately bound to the central Cu^(2+) ion by L-α-amino nitrogen and carboxylate oxygen atoms.
