摘　　要： 采用均匀设计和自然种群生命表方法,研究了斯氏线虫Steinernemafeltiae对亚洲玉米螟Ostriniafurnacalis的控制作用.通过试验得出了应用斯氏线虫在甜玉米地控制亚洲玉米螟的最佳施用剂量和施用次数组合,即施用剂量为1 0万条/株,施用次数为2次(心叶中期喷第1次,5d后喷第2次). According to the study on the natural population life table of Asian corn borer, Ostrinia　furnacalis, after spraying Steinernema feltiae in the sweet corn field, the suitable combination of spraying density and application time was measured by the uniform design. The results from the experiment were showed that the suitable density of nematodes per corn plant was 10 000 individuals,　and two suitable application times were at the mid-stage of corn seedling and then the 5 days later.
