摘 要: 利用NURBS曲线和曲面拟合机载雷达天线罩的外部表面 ,提高了光滑性和连续性 ,即曲率变化均匀 ,拟合误差较小。根据雷达罩内部形状、雷达罩的罩壁厚度和固化变形情况 ,拟合设计出模具的外形曲面 ,具有误差小 ,精度高的特点 ;同时 ,通过一体化设计 ,缩短了设计和研制周期 。 Based on NURBS curve and surface, the smoothness and continuity of external surface fitting of airborne radar-dome were improved. The variety of curvature was uniformity and the error of the fitting was tiny. According to the internal surface of radar-dome, the thickness of the radar-dome shell and solidified deformation, the external surface of radar-dome mould was fitted to design. It was proved that a slippery curve and suffice could be got by this way and this method was precise. The period of developing was shortened and the efficiency of research was enhanced by applying integrated technology.
