摘 要: 新课程提倡互动培育式的教学取向,国家试验区教师教学观念的现状证明新课程的实施,或者说新课程背景下的教师培训有利于教师形成与新课程相适应的教学取向。同时在研究中还发现教师教学观的转变需要经验和环境的支持,不可能一蹴而就,这将是一件需要长期努力的工作。 The new curriculum calls for interactive teaching orientation. The present situation of the teaching concept in the experimental areas of China has proven that new curriculum or teachers' training helps its formation. Meanwhile, it has been found that the change of teachers' teaching concept needs the support of experience and environment , which cannot be realized in a short time, instead, it requires a lot of effort.
