摘 要: 介绍了一种新型的接触式超声波液位报警器。该报警器是基于超声波在液体和空气中传播时性能参数差别较大的原理设计的,详细介绍了其系统结构和工作原理。为保证可靠性和检验方便,系统设计了可靠性检验电路,对电路的原理和使用方法进行了充分说明。该报警器具有测试精度高、环境适应能力强、可靠性高等特点,已在舰船上得到实际应用。 A new kind of ultrasonic alarm system for monitoring liquid level was introduced,which is based on the principle that the large difference of functional parameters exists while ultrasonic transfers in air and liquid.Its operating principle and structure were introduced in detail,and the principle and usage of the reliability-check circuit,which were used to check the system,were also described.As is proved,the system has the merits of high monitoring precision,good reliability and adaptability to environment,and has already used in the naval ship.
