摘 要: 热湿舒适性已成为高档服装的必要条件。针织物可通过多种途径来获得热湿舒适性。文章设计了10种用沟槽涤纶长丝编织的针织物,通过对这10种面料及2种纯棉纱针织面料的热湿舒适性、顶破强力、耐磨性和透气性的测试,分析了纱线种类、织物组织及结构对热湿舒适性和物理机械性能的影响。 Heat-moisture comfort property has become an indispensableelement for high-grade apparel. There are many ways forobtaining heat-moisture comfort property for knitted fabric. 10kinds of fabrics knitted with polyester filament with groovedcross section are introduced in the article and their heat-moisture comfort property, bursting strength as well as abrasionresistance and permeability are tested. Based on the test results,the article analyzes the influence of yarn variety, knitting stitchand fabric structure on heat-moisture comfort property andphysical property of fabric.
