摘　　要： 利用雄花育性恢复专效性测定、mtDNA的RFLP分析、类质粒鉴定等 3种玉米不育细胞质分类的方法 ,对华中农业大学从人工混合群体WBM中发现的玉米新细胞质雄性不育材料“WBMs”进行了胞质分类的研究 ,3种分析鉴定的结果一致表明 ,WBMs的不育胞质属于S组雄性不育细胞质 ,研究结果为拓展我国玉米细胞质雄性不育种质 。 Classification of WBMs cytoplasm of CMS(Cytoplasmic Male Sterility) maize which selected from the WBM population developed by Huazhong Agricultural University, China have been performed by the combined methods with male fertility restoration testing, RFLP of mtDNA and S 1, S 2 plasmid like DNA analysis The results indicated that the cytoplasm of WBMs was classified into S type of CMS maize
