摘　　要： 水资源作为干旱内陆河地区社会经济发展最主要的制约因素,其脆弱性的研究属于区域可持续发展的研究范畴,论文就甘肃西部最大的内陆河流域黑河流域的水资源脆弱性及其目前存在的生态问题的产生原因作了较为深入的分析,并提出了水资源开发与生态保护、修复的一些建议。 The analysis of water resources vulnerability in the arid and semi-arid regions is of great significance to the sustainable development in northwest of China. This paper analyzes the problems of water resources and ecology in the Heihe basin west of Gausu province, and brings out some suggestions to water resource exploiting,protecting and rehabilitating.
