摘 要: 以MCFC(熔融碳酸盐燃料电池)应用为背景,从提高MCFC整个系统能效的角度出发,研究以电池堆为热源给反应器供热,并且出口气满足MCFC要求的甲烷蒸汽重整反应的各种工况条件。整个实验以MCFC的工作温度为基础,研究了温度、水碳比、空速等反应条件下的重整结果。当反应条件为温度650℃、水碳比6、空速403h-1、压力0 3MPa时,出口气体可以较好地满足MCFC工作要求。 Aiming to the application of MCFC(molten carbonate fuel cell) system, for improving the energy efficiency of entire system, a methane steam reforming was established to evaluate various operating conditions. Since the reactions are strongly endothermic, the heat is supplied by the fuel-cell stacks. Operating parameters such as temperature, steam/carbon ratio and space velocity were investigated in detail. It could be concluded that output gas will optimize the MCFC operating performance with the operating conditions of temperature 675℃, steam/carbon ratio 6, space velocity 403h^(-1), pressure 0.3MPa.
