摘　　要： 从中药糙苏(Phlomis umbrosa)的块根中分离并鉴定了8个亲水性化学成分,其中包括5个环稀醚萜苷:山栀苷甲酯(1),8-乙酰基山栀苷甲酯(2),Sesamoside(3),Phloyoside Ⅰ(4),PhloyosideⅡ(5);一个苯丙素苷Forsythoside B(6)及β-胡萝卜苷(7)和D-葡萄糖(8)。 Eight compounds were isolated from the underground parts of Phlomis umbrosa and elucidated as shanzhiside methyl ester(1), 8-acetyl-shanzhiside methyl ester(2), sesamoside(3), phloyoside Ⅰ(4), phloyoside Ⅱ(5), 2-(3, 4-dihydroxyphenyl) ethyl O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→3)[β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)]-(4-O-E-caffeoyl)β-D-glucopyranoside(forsythoside B) (6),βdaucosterol(7) and D-glucose(S) on the basis of spectral evidence and chemical methods. Those compounds were obtained from the genus for the first time.
