摘　　要： 采编工作是实现高校图书馆资源合理组织与调配的基础业务工作 ,其工作兼技术性与事务性于一体 ,繁重、琐碎的重复性劳动极大地影响了图书馆的采编工作效率。变单纯图书采购招标为图书采购、加工业务招标 ,同时优化采编工作流程 ,可大大减轻高校图书馆采编工作的压力 ,提高采编工作的质量与效率 。 Picking to compile work is the foundation vocational work that the resources in realization college library were reasonably organized and are mixed work, and his work is technical with work in an organic whole simultaneously, and the heavy and trifling repetition work greatly influenced library picking compiling work efficiency. Becoming the simple books purchases inviting tenders and purchases and processes the vocational work and invites tenders for the books, and at the same time optimizes to pick to compile the work distance traveled by a stream of water, and can lighten that the library in college picks the pressure to compile work greatly, and raises picking compiling the quality and efficiency of work, and promotes the entire work image and the standard of college library.
