摘　　要： 网络环境下 ,数字阅读方式已成为人们获取信息的全新方式 ,而目前国内电子出版物的认知率和使用率较低 ,对此 ,文章分析了这些问题的成因及解决方法 ,并提出图书馆必须全面改进服务方式 。 In the network environment, the digital reading becomes a new manner for people to obtain information.But right now in our country, there are very low perceive and utilization efficiency on electronic publications.This paper analyzes the reasons of these actualities and points out that the libraries must ameliorate their service and improve the utilization efficiency of the electronic publications.
