摘　　要： 我国的货币供给量近几年一直持续高增长状态,为坚持货币政策的稳健性必须合理控制其增长幅度。通过对货币供给量增长过快的内在原因进行分析,表明我国货币供给量的增多主要由外汇占款增多所致。要合理控制货币供给量,必须从外汇的角度出发,拓宽我国石油、能源的战略储备,且短期坚持盯住美元,长期发展人民币成为国际货币体系的第四极。 the monetary supply of china has remained increasing at high speed in the current years. However, the increase has to be controlled reasonably to maintain the steadiness of monetary policy. The paper analysis the inner reason of Chinese monetary supply overspeed increase, reflecting the increasing monetary supply is due to the increasing foreign exchange proportion in basic currency. To control the monetary supply, the petroleum and energy reservation must be enlarged from the angle of foreign exchange, and stick to peg to U. S. dollar, developing RMB the fourth most important international currency in a long term.
