摘 要: 纸页的抗张能量吸收(TEA),被认为能更全面地表示纸的强度性质。本文探讨了麦草浆在6%、10%、15%、20%、25%,30%六种浓度打浆时,纤维形态(长度、粗度、比表面、比容)及手抄湿纸页初期强度、伸长率、抗张能量吸收指数的变化。结果表明,高、中浓打浆对纸页初期湿抗张能量吸收有良好的影响。 Morphological properties including fiber length, fiber coarseness,specific area and specific volume of the pulp and wet web properties including initial wet strength, stretch and tensile energy absorption index of the pulp varied with different beating consistency, i. e. 6%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% were investigated. Experiment results indicated that high and medium consistency beating are more beneficial to tensile energy absorption index of the wet web which is believed a significant property for characterizing the wet web property.
