摘　　要： 当今世界是一个资讯发达的世界,谁能快速掌握及时、准确的资讯,谁就能把握发展的时机。作为一份海外华文大报,《联合早报》是如何为读者提供“最多、最快、最好又准确可靠”的资讯,客观报道和分析发生在世界各地的新闻,解读最新资讯,使读者能通过读一报而知天下事的?本文试图通过对早报的历史和现状进行解读来回答这个问题。 Only those grasp the timely and correct information can embrace the chance to develope in such an information world. By introducing the history and status quo of Lianhezaobao, this article tries to answer such a question: as a famous overseas Chinese newspapers, how dose it provide “the maximum, the fastest, the best, correct and reliable” information to the readers, report on what happen in the world objectively, and analyse the latest information so that the readers can understand the world through reading Lianhezaobao.
