摘 要: 在秋播花生开花下针期至饱果成熟期给予不同程度的干旱处理,结果表明,无论是轻度、中度或严重干旱均影响果实的发育,使代谢源中的同化物向代谢库(荚果)中输出减少,植株叶片的含水量下降,蒸腾速率、光合速率及叶绿素含量降低,呼吸速率升高,同时花生经济产量降低。 The effect of water stress on the growth of pod, the tr-anslocation of assimilates, leaves moisture concent, transpiration, photosynthesis, respiration and po,d yield during pod development in autumn peanut were studied.The results of experiments showed: (1) During the time of soil drought, peanut leaves moisture content decr-eaed remarkebly, the water potential of leaves reduced by -0.4 MPa to -0.8 MPa as compared with control.(2) Soil drought reduced the transpiration rate, photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content of the peanut plant and the export of assimilates from leaf to pod.But respiratiry rate was increased under the drought.(3)Water stress influenced pod development and resulted in decreasing of pod yield finally.
