摘 要: 星间激光通信系统要求发射的激光光束具有高度的平行性。光学衍射极限是光束在有限孔径下所能达到的最小发散度,此时波面具有大约0.3l的波面相差。针对星间激光通信波面检测领域,较全面地总结了各类现有检测方法及特点,并给出了一种新颖的互补剪切干涉法的结构与应用实例,最后针对星间激光通信光束波面检测的可行性进行了比较。 Inter-orbit satellite laser communication system requests the emission laser beam to have high parallelism. The optical diffractional limitation is the minimum divergence of a laser beam through a finite aperture. In this circumstance, the wavefront has approximately 0.3l of optical phase difference against a planar wavefront. The paper introduces various kinds of wavefront measuring methods in existence and presents an original complementary shearing interferometry and its applications. Moreover, according to the peculiarity of a diffraction limited laser beam, we compare the feasibility of all the wavefront measuring methods.
